Title: Pwr problem on Volt AMP

Hi,

My Volt Amp shield don't come up.
I use a 19v laptop psu, the CM led is bright, but not the power led on the shield.
could you confirm me cabling scheme please ?
and how the shield should power up ?

Dear Team,

     Please check by connecting 19 v directly to the Volt Amp shield and check weather it is coming up or not.

I have already check by connecting 19 v directly on the shield Amp, and it is not coming up either.
